PAF organised a Round Table on Public Engagement, on behalf of On Think
Tanks and Wellcome Trust on Wednesday, March 11, 2020. There were a total of
15 participants representing various sectors to include academics, health, media,
policy makers, research, science and NGOs. The Round Table was aimed to focus
on the need to develop a plan to set up a global centre to generate evidence on
public engagement in the field of science and technology. The key objectives
included-Role of science and research in public engagement and How it is done in
India.
