conducted a workshop to orient officials from various departments on the Citizen Report Card methodology, discuss services to be covered and questionnaires for the Citizen Report Card.
PAF conducted a five day extensive workshop in Bangalore on Utility of social accountability tools for service delivery improvements. Senior government officials from Tanzania and Malawi were the participants for this workshop. Resource persons included senior officials from across India who have used the CRC approach to their advantage and experts on NREGA.
